HEALTH REFORM ACT AND IRS FORM 1095
Below is a link for an article providing important information about the Health Reform Act and IRS Tax Form 1095. Please note that you do not have to have the 1095 forms to file your 2015 tax return. The 1095-B and 1095-C will be sent by mail only and will arrive by late March.
